Αυτοί είναι οι όροι χρήσης του Snowbooking. Είναι γραμμένοι απλά ώστε να καταλαβαίνεις τι συμφωνείς. Αν κάτι δεν είναι σαφές, ρώτα μας στο hello@snowbooking.gr.
1. Τι είναι το Snowbooking
Το Snowbooking είναι μια υπηρεσία που ετοιμάζεται για τη σεζόν 2026/27 και έχει σχέση με τα ελληνικά χιονοδρομικά. Επικοινωνία: hello@snowbooking.gr.
2. Δεκτή χρήση
Όταν χρησιμοποιείς τη σελίδα συμφωνείς:
- Να δίνεις αληθή στοιχεία στις φόρμες
- Να μη χρησιμοποιείς τη σελίδα για δραστηριότητες αντίθετες στον νόμο
- Να μην προσπαθήσεις να παρακάμψεις τους τεχνικούς μηχανισμούς ασφαλείας
3. Waitlist
Με την εγγραφή σου στη waitlist:
- Συμφωνείς να λαμβάνεις emails σχετικά με την έναρξη της υπηρεσίας
- Μπορείς να κάνεις unsubscribe ανά πάσα στιγμή με το link στο email
- Δεν δεσμεύεσαι σε καμία αγορά
4. Πνευματικά δικαιώματα
Το περιεχόμενο της σελίδας (κείμενα, εικόνες, branding) ανήκει στο Snowbooking. Επιτρέπεται:
- Προσωπική χρήση
- Quoting με αναφορά στην πηγή
Δεν επιτρέπεται: - Εμπορική αναπαραγωγή - Scraping / automated data collection χωρίς ρητή άδεια
5. Περιορισμός ευθύνης
Στον μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπει ο νόμος:
- Δεν εγγυόμαστε αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία της σελίδας
- Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη για ζημιές που προκύπτουν από τεχνικά προβλήματα
6. Αλλαγές στους όρους
Μπορούμε να ενημερώσουμε τους όρους. Σημαντικές αλλαγές ανακοινώνονται με email (αν είσαι εγγεγραμμένος) και banner στη σελίδα. Η ημερομηνία τελευταίας ενημέρωσης φαίνεται πάνω-πάνω.
7. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο
Οι όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Αρμόδια δικαστήρια: Αθηνών.

1. What Snowbooking is
Snowbooking is a service preparing for the 2026/27 season, focused on Greek ski resorts. Contact: hello@snowbooking.gr.
The legal entity and tax ID will be added here before launch.
2. Acceptable use
By using the site you agree to:
- Provide truthful information in forms
- Not use the site for unlawful activities
- Not attempt to circumvent technical security mechanisms
3. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist:
- You agree to receive emails about the service launch
- You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email
- You commit to no purchase
4. Intellectual Property
The site content (text, images, branding) belongs to Snowbooking. The following are allowed:
- Personal use
- Quoting with proper attribution
The following are not allowed: - Commercial reproduction - Scraping / automated data collection without explicit permission
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site
- We are not liable for damages arising from technical issues
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email (if subscribed) and a banner on the site. The "last updated" date is shown at the top.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Competent courts: Athens.
